Ear to Help is run by Debbie and Tracey, who offer earwax removal services at a Burmarsh clinic and clients’ homes in the nearby areas of Romney Marsh, Ashford, Folkestone, Hythe, Tenterden, Rye, Camber and Canterbury. Here are further details about the services available…
When you book an initial consultation…
You will be asked to oil your ears with Earol olive oil for seven days prior to the consultation and examination to soften any earwax present.
During the consultation, any hearing/ear issues you are experiencing will be discussed before both ears are examined. If wax isn’t the problem, Ear to Help can identify underlying issues, like an infection, which may have previously been missed.
What will the procedure involve?
This will be explained when the relevant time arises. You will be told how irrigation works — and, if you are unable to have irrigation due to previous health issues such as ear infections or perforated eardrums, Ear to Help will offer microsuction from July 2022.
What about aftercare?
You will be provided with an aftercare leaflet advising you on how to look after your ears following the procedure. You are advised to oil your ears at least once a week to help keep your ears lubricated.
Ear to Help welcomes various enquiries
With recommendations now responsible for most of its work, Ear to Help is confident that it can meet your needs. The company welcomes clients with anxiety and learning disabilities, and will try to put these clients at ease during the consultation and procedure. The staff wear full PPE at all times.
At its clinic, which is based in a lovely country location, appointments are offered for Thursday and Saturday — with some evening appointments also available. Free parking is available for clinic appointments — and you can book these or mobile services by emailing info@eartohelp.co.uk.
I too can highly recommend these very lovely caring girls, Debbie and Tracey. The surroundings are very clean too. They are at Haguelands. Thank you Debbie for looking after me.
