About Ear to Help

The Burmarsh-based business of Ear to Help is a hearing health practitioner specialising in earwax removal. The company’s medically qualified health practitioners can provide professional care in the comfort of clients’ own homes or at a locally-based clinic.

Ear to Help is run as a partnership by Debbie and Tracey — who, between them, have over 40 years’ experience of working within the clinical environment. They can travel to serve clients in Romney Marsh, Ashford, Folkestone, Hythe, Tenterden, Rye, Camber and Canterbury.

Ear to Help can examine your ears before discussing with you what the best course of treatment would be — whether this is irrigation or microsuction. Aftercare advice and support are also available.

Why should you have the earwax professionally removed?

Though the market has plenty of self-help options, these can push the wax further into the ear canal and so impact it still further. This can lead to eardrum perforation, which is excruciatingly painful and can result in a hospital stay. 

Debbie and Tracey have qualified as Band 3 Healthcare Assistants via the NHS and been trained by Rotherham Ear Care, who work for the NHS. Ear to Help also receives yearly training updates in BLS (Basic Life Support).
